tips and tricks
The faster and creamier version:Â
Unlike the most popular ones, this cheesecake does not have a solid result, but its texture is creamy, like that of yoghurt.Â
Why? The answer lies in the absence of gelatin, curd or other gelling agents.Â
Without any element that causes the mixture to curdle, we save using the fire and waiting long hours for it to take effect. This way, we can enjoy these irresistible little jars with only 30 minutes of waiting.Â
Of course, we always recommend that you try it better from one day to the next. Once we have put the strawberries in each jar, let them rest overnight so that the cream absorbs their flavour and is truly unbeatable.Â
Customize the recipe!Â
You can make various combinations to make the recipe unique every time.Â
You can replace the biscuit at the base with soba, sponge cake, or even chopped nuts!Â
For the fruit, you can add strawberries, peaches, and bananas, depending on the season. You can also use the classic jam that accompanies the traditional recipe or replace it with honey. There are tons of possibilities!
